LEAD - FOOT [Led-foot] -noun informal A curious medical condition of the right foot extremity that afflicts millions of drivers worldwide. Sufferers appear normal in day to day life, but behind the wheel of an automobile, the right foot increases in weight, rendering the afflicted unable to raise the appendage.
